I make some kind of big, yummy, full-on meal every sunday. Sometimes I try a new recipe and sometimes I just use an old favorite. I do this on sundays because during the week I don’t have time to get all gourmet. I heard somewhere always make sunday dinner so family and friends will keep coming back. It is also a great way to catch up and talk about the week ahead. But most importantly it is a way for me to use some of my serve ware I don’t use during the week.
This Sunday I made Herb Roasted Beef with Potatoes and Carrots, a recipe that I found a while back from doitDelicious.com, a website created by Jessica Seinfeld. I watched her make this on some TV show and tried it myself. It is actually really, really simple and delicious. Everyone eats this one – a crowd pleaser!!
